Canada Remembers. We Remember
November 11, 2018 marks the 100th anniversary of the end of World War One. At this time, we reflect on the exceptional sacrifices made by those who served and continue to serve today.
To commemorate this important date in Canadian history a group of employees from Frank Cowan Company volunteered alongside uniformed officers from the Canadian Armed Forces and others to plant 300 trees as part of the Highway of Heroes Living Tribute. The event took place at Camp X – the legendary secret paramilitary training installation for covert agents during the second world war.
